Refund & Exchange Policy

Seamless Shopping Experience At LYA Basics, we want you to love everything you receive. To ensure the highest quality and satisfaction, we have curated a straightforward process for your peace of mind.

Upon Delivery: The “Try & Decide” Moment We kindly ask that you inspect your items immediately upon arrival and while the courier is present.

  • On-the-Spot Returns: If an item is not as expected, you may return the package directly to the courier. In this case, only the delivery fee will apply.

  • Whole Package Policy: To maintain the integrity of our curated shipments, please note that we accept returns or exchanges only for the entire package; partial acceptance or refusal of individual items is not permitted.

  • Post-Delivery: Once the courier departs, we consider the order accepted. Therefore, we are unable to process refunds or exchanges for items that have been signed for without prior inspection.

Order & Payment Guidelines

  • Large Order Deposit: For orders of four (4) or more items, a 50% deposit is required to secure your selection. Please complete this payment within 24 hours of placing your order to avoid automatic cancellation.

  • Delivery Commitment: Our courier will attempt delivery up to three (3) times. If we are unable to reach you after the third attempt, the order will be canceled.

  • Reliability: We value the time and effort of our dedicated courier team. For customers with two (2) previous canceled orders, all future orders will require full payment upfront.

Our Quality Promise We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. If you discover a manufacturing defect, please reach out to our team within 30 days of your purchase date. We are committed to resolving any production-related issues promptly within this period.
